When are meals delivered and how does delivery work?
Deliveries are made Monday mornings 4:00am-7:30am. Your meals will be delivered in temperature-controlled delivery bags with ice packs to keep the meals cold. Please ensure you are available to retrieve your meals the morning of delivery.
What is your delivery fee?
Delivery fee is a flat rate of $10 and delivery is available in the Jacksonville area and some neighboring cities. See our available delivery zip codes here.
Is pick-up available?
Pick-up is currently only available for special events (holiday meals or pickup catering). We highly recommend customers bring a cooler to keep items temperature controlled during travel.
Can I modify my weekly SUBSCRIPTION plan?
Yes, to customize your weekly delivery, visit the following link to select your meals Select Your Meals Here. Submit your meal selections by Wednesday at 12:00pm each week. If no selection is made for the week, we’ll default to your last order or send our chef’s choice meals for the week.
When are the order deadlines?
Order deadline is Wednesday at 12:00pm for delivery the following Monday.
What if I have food allergies?
You will have the options to note your allergies during check-out. Please contact us at support@plantapuraveganeats.com for any additional questions or concerns.
What are the recommended heating instructions?
Meals are delivered in biodegradable, microwave safe containers. We recommend reheating on a stovetop or conventional oven. Prior to heating the meal, remove any cold items such as sauces or garnishes. For stovetop, remove meal from container and cook on medium heat to desired temperature, typically 5 to 10 minutes. For conventional oven, remove meal and place in an oven safe container, cover and heat at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
What are your food safety guidelines?
We are Food Protection Manager certified and adhere to all Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services guidelines. Meals are prepared in a facility that processes food containing animal products and other allergens. Due to this, we take additional steps in avoiding cross contamination by cleaning and disinfecting shared areas prior to meal preparation, and utilizing our own equipment and supplies.
Return policy and refunds?
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for spoiled or damaged meals if reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refund requests should be made by contacting us at support@plantapuraveganeats.com with detailed information and photo evidence of the issue.
No refunds will be issued for meals that are incorrectly stored, mishandled, or not consumed within their recommended timeframe.
